A code by SMS or WhatsApp. One account per number, which is the cheapest and most effective barrier to somebody running five profiles at once.
How it works
Four steps, and a person at the end of them.
Nothing here is automated. The whole point of the process is that a human being has looked at every member before you ever see them.
Write your profile
Basics, what you are here for, and a few prompts in your own words. Your intention is the first thing anybody is matched on, so it is asked plainly rather than inferred.
Take the six photographs
In the app, with a guide on screen for each frame. A picture chosen from your library instead of taken live is allowed — and your reviewer is told.
Meet your reviewer
Book a twenty-minute video call. They hold your ID beside your photographs, talk to you, and decide. That decision is the only thing that opens the room.

Why six, and why these six.
Each frame exists to close a specific gap between how people present themselves online and how they turn up in a room.

Portrait
Head and shoulders, eyes to camera, taken in the last six months. The reference every other frame is checked against.

Full length
Head to feet, standing, nothing cropped. Closes the gap a well-chosen headshot leaves open.

At your best
Dressed the way you would actually show up on a first evening. A different outfit from 02, deliberately.

Bare face
No make-up, no filter, daylight. The frame that proves the other five are the same person. Off your public grid.

Back view
Standing, facing away, full body, same outfit and spot as 06. Off your public grid.

Front view
The other half of the pair with 05. Together they are very hard to fake and very easy to verify.
Frames 04 and 05 are never on your public profile. They are released to one person, at the moment a connection becomes mutual, and to nobody else.
Keeping it honest
What we refuse to do.
A vetted room stops being one the moment the vetting bends. These are the lines, and each of them costs us something.
We do not sell the seal
Verification is free. No tier, no upgrade and no amount of money moves an application through faster or past a reviewer.
We do not tell you that you were declined
A declined request looks identical to one nobody has read yet. It protects the person declining, and it means nobody here is managing a queue of rejections.
We do not show exact locations
Distance is rounded to the kilometre with a floor under it. Your city is shown; your address cannot be worked out from it.
We do not let anyone message first
A conversation only opens when both people have agreed to it. There is no inbox to fill with unsolicited messages, because there is no way to send one.
We do not automate the decision
No score, no model, no instant approval. Every member was admitted by a named reviewer who spoke to them.
We do not publish members by default
Nobody appears on this website, in a screenshot or in an advert unless they were asked and said yes.

Discovery, nearest first
One person at a time, not a wall of faces. People closer to you come first, with the distance shown plainly on the card.
A request with a note
You cannot tap to connect. A request carries a written note, and a limited number go out each week — which is why they get read.
Then chat, voice and video
A conversation opens the moment both sides agree. Calls run inside the app, so neither of you needs to hand over a number.
